We use the Oracle 11i CRM package and it works beautifully with our
existing oracle products. I suggest you call Oracle up and ask them
for a demo, you can see exactly how their software will behave within
your infrastructure and how you can use it. They give these demo's out
for free. I can give you the contact details of the Oracle rep. who
helped me out.
