Hi all!

I want set CZECH (WIN1250) charset on client DB. Data after
synchronize are corrupted (character "ř" is in client lite DB as
"?", etc.).

I test NLS_... and nothing. Does anybody knows how do that? How set
charset of client DB to UTF8?
