ERROR: Abnormal termination - 12-05-2008 , 08:01 AM

Forms 6i, block based on procedure. Crash when committing an Insert.
Updates were committed properly, deletes not allowed on this block.
Dump files generated by forms runtime were of no help.

After 5 long hours or hair splitting, I found that the property
"Enforce Primary Key" should not be "Yes". Set the property to "No",
no more crashes.
