BCP out tool to export large table

Export for what purpose?

If to put in another Oracle database there is one answer ... if to put
into another company's product then name it.

It makes a difference.

PS: Why are you working on totally unpatched software?

and on ---gaaaggg--- windows - and being on windows it doesn't matter
what tool you use - it will be slow.
