Aaaargh, all these versions.... indeed emctl is not there in 10.1.3... but it will be (it is) in 10.1.4.... right? 10.1.4? Don't know, we'll see.
10.1.3 with 10.1.[2|4] infra - never attempted to.
Vaguely remember some remark during installation of
10.1.3 about something, that should be done during
installation - not possible afterwards.

Hello, i have just installed oracle application server (only the web server) in my computer. i have two links in "Start->All programs->Oracle - webserver" : --- Launch Console --- Oracle Application Server Control the "Launch Console" is working ,its openning my http://hostname:80 but my "Oracle Application Server Control" IS NOT WORKING . why? i have not done any setting? how does it support to work ? My configurations : windows server 2003 oracle 10g 10.2.0.0 Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.1 Thank you |
screens? ('Configure this as an Adminstration OC4J instance') If you do not
check this, AS Control is not installed (just found it out the hard way on
one of our own installations). Don't know if it's there in all installer
types, I used the 'SOA Suite' installation set.
