Hi, I've been looking over ON & Metalink with no luck, * We have to restore some data and are looking through the logs. *But the changes took place via a stored procedure using passed parameters and it looks like the parameters are not resolved in the logs. *Are we SOL? *Or is there another way. Wish RMAN did table level restores. Thanks! |

Where Log Miner is documented depends on your release. *See Oracle support document How to Setup LogMiner #111886.1 for help. * Oracle8i Administrator's Guide, Release 8.1.6 * Oracle8i Administrator's Guide, Release 8.1.7 * Oracle9i Database Administrator's Guide Release 2 (9.2) * OracleŽ Database Utilities 10g Release 1 (10.1) * OracleŽ Database Utilities 10g Release 2 (10.2) * OracleŽ Database Utilities 11g Release 1 (11.1) While the actual procedure parameters may not be part of the redo log the DML executed by the procedure will be. *Log Miner will generate the SQL necessary to backout each change.
