Wasn't me dude.

What you noted is either an announced policy of Oracle or not. I
don't think it is one but could be wrong.

Not that there is any shortage of Oracle sales rep's who sort of make
up things on the fly. I have some relevant stories but nothing that I
would post here ( at least yet ).
