Default SQL*Developer 3 doesn't work on Ubuntu. - 04-06-2011 , 11:33 AM

I just rolled back to SQL*Developer 2.11 on my Ubuntu. Version 3 craps
out saying that there is no ocijdbc11 in jar path. I don't have that
library in my full installation. It works on Windows, though. Apparently,
there is a missing library on Linux. I will check CentOS and Fedora when
I get back home tonight.

This is fixed. I needed to define ORACLE_HOME and TNS_ADMIN in the script
that invokes SQL*Developer.

I can stop worrying now! I was afraid it was a problem with dancing
drake or fainting fawn ...
