I couldn't 'cause I can't go out directly with cpan, but eventually I
figured out how to download and install. Can't believe how rusty I am
at such things. Note to self: it's gunzip Text-CSV-1.20.tar.gz

There's some more similar issues, but I see how to fix them now.

Your usage: message shows -f, needs to be updated to -o.
