Default Oracle Grid Control help. - 06-22-2010 , 12:49 AM

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if I am able to have Grid Control generate a
monthly 'metric' report. I am interested to know if I can say have
Grid Control 'log' blocks for the database on a daily basis and at the
end of the month I can generate a summary/report on the numbers
accumulated over the month.

I hope to be able to do other reports as well if the above was
possible. I'd appreciate it if someone would be able to advise me on
this.

Thank you.

Since you can do custom scripts, you can do whatever you want. Not
real sure what you mean by "log blocks." That sounds more like
performance monitoring, which is an extra cost option, or you can
implement replacement DIY monitoring with some work.

There is an active Grid forum on forums.oracle.com, but you still need
to be more specific, including version and platform.
