Is it more frequent than that?

Of course when I actually need to log an SR ( happens rarely usually I
am self service ) the system is not exactly stable.

Sorry I should have been more specific.

No there have been outages like for a while the knowledge base goes
away at other times you cannot look at or create service requests.
This happened to me thursday and friday ( 3/32011 and 3/4/2011 ).

They do put up the verbiage that the service request system is down so
please call your telephone support numbers if you feel like fighting
thru that approach.
