But Selenium is a test tool for web applications, can test also
database ?
is enough for testing the entire env of Oracle E-Business Suites ?

Isn't the E-Business Suite web based? So by testing that you do hit the
entire stack. We don't use E-Business Suite so I am not familiar with it.
