As I know some of Oracle (Forms/Reports) Runtime Envir. You have to install
i on every PC's... But You don't need copy all *.fmx etc. on clients PC it
can be shared on intranet from one maschine.

You can also run the run-time components from a network location - It takes a little registry editing and path setting, but
it can be done..

And no doubt Oracle won't support it. Boy, are people lucky who have
followed this advice

Oracle Corp's supported answer to your problem is to deploy your forms
on the web using Oracle 9iAS. This way, the end user just points their
web browser to your Oracle forms application.

If you want to resort to hacking, fine with me. But please don't
recommend it to others. They might get their feet burned for following
your advice.
