We are currently in the process of upgrading both the Lawson App and the
Oracle Db from Lawson 7.3.3 -> 8.0.2 and Oracle 8.1.7.4 -> 9.2.0.1

We created 2 additional Lawson product lines ( copy of current
production and new 8.0.2 version) 2 DB's (copy of current 8.1.7.4 and
new empty 9i DB). we anticipate a total downtime come the switch of 36
hrs. We are on the 3rd trial update ATT. The first try took approx 72
hrs and the second 40+ , we ran into a coupla of problems , but they
were more related to our configuration rather than the process.
