Hi, Please find below an error screenshot. The system failed last week and we did recovery from the tape backup. Initially, there was error Message 4505 then Control_File mismatch errors but we managed to bypass all. Now, the database can be mounted but with this error as indicated below. cannot 'bypass' that as it is the heart of your Oracle database. That
you're still running 7.3.4 is a mystery; why haven't you upgraded to
a more recent release? Another issue is your statement

You want to see what archivelogs you have, and what datafiles you can
get.
Then look up the using backup controlfile until cancel syntax.
Then don't do anything until you answer David's questions.
Then put this system out of its misery.
