Does anyone have any sample code of how to bind simple arrays (i.e. TABLE OF
INTEGER) to a PL/SQL anonymous block via OCI?

I've tried loads of methods, but can't get it to work. It all works fine
using simple non array types.

The official OCI documentation is entirely silent on the issue, beyond
hinting that it should be possible.
