there' s a new Tool (only Windows) called Sql-Biest available.
The Sql-Biest is a fast development and administration tool for Oracle. It
is also possible to run single sql-statements as scripts. You can directly
print and export the results of all your queries. The integrated explorer
functionality allows you to browse through your database and gives you an
overview and an easy chance to change the objects in your database. All data
that you can see in this explorer can be print and export. So it's very easy
to document your database objects. A general view of the functionality of
