REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 3-5+ Years of experience with Oracle Applications as a functional
consultant
- Specialized Oracle Payroll Module implementation experience
- Upgrade experience to 11i/12
- Full-life-cycle 11i implementation experience
- At least three Oracle HRMS Implementation/Upgrade projects
- Strong familiarity with Oracle's AIM methodology
- Experience with data conversion and interface design
- Good communication and people skills


OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

- Experience with Oracle Public Sector (Govt) Apps
- Implementation experience with variety of Oracle HRMS modules (Core
HR, OAB, SSHR, OTL, OTM, iRecruitment, CWB, etc.)
- 4 Year/BS degree
- Experience with papers presentation at conferences
