Two requirements for Peoplesoft QA Testing Manager/ Lead and ETL Lead.

Location: : Chicago,IL

Duration : 6-9 months

Start Date : 4/14 or 4/21



* Wants the consultant to have a Lead personality (70% Manager/Lead
functional - 30% Technical)

* Client is is the middle of a Peoplesoft version 8.9 project and
needs a Peoplesoft QA Testing Mgr/Lead to be incharge of 4 to 5
people.

* Need to have Time & Labor experience in understanding Parallel
Testing with Time & Labor, Pay rules on rule based system.

* Currently in the 1st phase of the Bill project and the first Go
Live is scheduled for October 2008.

* Manual Testing utilizing Test Director "not Win runner".


Essential Skills:

* Peoplesoft T&L Mgr or Lead Experience

* Manual Testing Experience

* Must have Time&Labour

Location : Houston , TX

Experience : 10+ yrs

Rate : $55 Max


* Participate in requirement meetings with Business Analysts and ETL
Architect to understand Source and Data warehouse data model,
technical metadata and cleansing/transformation rules.

* Conduct required source system analysis and data profiling

* Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to design and develop
required ETL processes.

* Create technical design specifications for the ETL programs.

* Performance tune ETL programs/scripts.

* Maintenance and enhancements of ETL code.

* Participate in Code review and Unit testing -Work with QA team to
resolve any QA or UAT issues.

* Work with DBA team to fix performance issues in ETL programs. Work
and coordinate with off-shore resources.

* Need to have 10+yrs in Informatica

* Onsite Offshore Work Experience is a must

Good to have skills:

* Experience with Oracle Applications - Order Management, Install Base
just to name a few.
