Small Business Incubator



Do you need a low-interest small business loan?

Do you currently have a business that needs financial assistance?

Do you have a viable plan to start a business that will stand up to scrutiny
by a board of your peers?

Are you willing to serve on a board of directors to offer assistance and
direction to others wanting to start their own business?

Small Business Incubators, Inc, (SBII) will furnish start-up capital and
on-going financial assistance to those who qualify with a business plan that
is approved by a board of directors that is local to your community and that
have business acumen that will guide you to success in your venture.

You will be provided with a low interest loan (currently 4%) to start your
business. Your contribution to start-up capital will not be mandatory, but
you must provide proof that you can manage your current debt load, and can
devote the time necessary to grow your new business.

You will be required to provide assistance and guidance to others in your
community who have qualified for this opportunity. You will not be
reimbursed for your time, nor will you be charged for the time spent by
others while assisting you.

You must provide us with a business plan, a proforma, and a mission
statement. We will provide assistance for this if requested. Our only goal
is to assure your success.

There is no government involvement in this program. We are a group of small
businessmen that know what it takes to succeed, and will assist those who
will take direction from others who have proven themselves. Small business
is the back-bone of our great nation, and creates the employers that provide
the purchasing power that is so vital to our country.

You will be asked to contribute $10.00 to our fund, and if you are approved
and your business is profitable, you will be required to contribute this
same amount monthly to assist others.
