Oracle Apps HR Technical with knowledge/training/exposure to R12.
Core HR, Advanced Benefits and iRecruitment.
Location - Green Bay, WI.
Duration - 1 year.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
ü The Developer defines and builds technology solutions based on
a solid understanding of applicable business requirements and
technical environment needs.
ü Includes analysis of business and technical needs,
documentation of designs, translation into proper IT solution
requirement specifications, and development/coding of solutions via
the creation of deliverables such as Technical Design Documents
(MD70), logical data models, and developing Reports, Interfaces,
Conversions, Extensions and Workflows (RICEW).
ü Competent to work at varying technical levels across phases of
solution design and development while considering the implications of
the application of technology to the current and future technical
environment.
ü The Developer works very closely with the client IT community
in understanding and meeting their business and technical needs.
Oracle EBS KNOWLEDGE:
ü Past experience in Defining and Building RICEW solutions for
the EBS HR system
ü At least one resource with past experience designing/building
application to application and business to business interfaces from
Oracle
ü Core HR, Recruiting, Advanced Benefits, Self-Service - Needed
now
ü Learning - Needed for next wave
ü Compensation, Performance Management - Needed for future waves
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü In-depth knowledge of BOTH module functionality and technical
environment
ü Ability to both Design and Develop (Code)
ü Conduct technical requirements gathering, and participate in
analysis, design and integration activities for a variety of
internally developed and externally purchased application systems.
ü Create detailed deliverables utilizing the AIM/OUM
methodology
ü Responsible for producing and delivering high quality,
structured, fully tested solutions on time, on budget, and in
accordance with client requirements and departmental quality
standards.
ü Ability to lead technical discussions and good written and
verbal communication skills
ü Ability to teach and transfer knowledge to client associates.
