· Strong consulting and client relationship management skills
· 5-7 years of experience implementing the following:
o Oracle Project Costing and Billing
o Oracle Grants
o Oracle Federal General Ledger

· Additional desirable skills:
o Fed Admin
o FSG-based reports building
o Oracle Discoverer

(II) Budgeting Functional Consultant
· 5-7 years of experience implementing Federal Oracle Financials
· Strong consulting and client relationship management skills
· Understanding of Federal budgeting process
· Software selection experience
· Familiarity with Oracle's Enterprise Planning and Budgeting
· 3-5 years of implementing Hyperion Reports (Federal environment
preferred)

· Additional desirable skills:
o Fed Admin
o Oracle Federal reports e.g., FACTS I, FACTS II, 133, etc.
o FSG-based reports building
o Oracle Discoverer

(III) Oracle Business Intelligence Consultant
· CPA or equivalent work experience
· Strong consulting and client relationship management skills
· Experience with developing and implementing Key Performance
Indictors
· 7-10 years of experience implementing the following:

o Oracle E-Business Intelligence and designing and implementing
management reports
o Oracle General Ledger
o Oracle Fed Admin
o Oracle Federal reports e.g., FACTS I, FACTS II, 133, etc.
o FSG-based reports building
o Oracle Discoverer

Duration : 6 months +
Location : Downtown DC
Pay Rate : $50/HR
