development . I am interested in learning
SAP/Peoplesoft/Oracle Apps Administration . I live in United States and i am
looking for companies that will train me on any of these and also provide
some placement assistance . Any leads ....

DBA job market does not even exist.

I have been working as an Oracle DBA for more than three yrs now, no chance
of getting another job.

When will there be a turn around?

I do not believe DBA can be outsourcing. Do you?
