ORACLE APPS PRODUCTION SUPPORT/ CONTRACT/ MO





1. SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES TO BE RENDERED:



Seeking two individuals to provide Oracle Applications production support.
Responsibilities will include:

a.. Assisting end users with Oracle Applications questions, issues, and
errors
b.. Logging Service Requests on Oracle Metalink to research and resolve
Oracle issues and errors
c.. Testing functionality after patches or configuration changes
d.. Testing functionality of customizations such as reports, custom.pll,
PL/SQL updates, etc.


Requirements:

a.. 3+ years experience with Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite Applications
implementation and production support
b.. Experience with utilizing Oracle Metalink to research Oracle issues
and manage SRs/TARs
c.. Ability to design, execute, and document test scripts
d.. Ability to write SQL queries using TOAD or SQL Plus to investigate
Oracle Applications issues


Specific Requirements for Individual A:

a.. Expert in Oracle Financials, especially Receivables including
experience with iPayment
b.. Exposure to Oracle Order Management


Specific Requirements for Individual B:

a.. Expert in Oracle Order Management, Shipping, and Inventory
b.. Exposure to Oracle Purchasing
c.. Exposure to iPayment
d.. Experience with trouble-shooting Oracle Workflow issues in Order
Management


2. TERM:

Duration: 12 weeks (480 hours) per individual

The term may be extended with concurrence from both parties and prior
written authorization from Buyer.
