Oracle Applications Techno-Functional Analyst
Job Duties
The Oracle Applications Techno-Functional Analyst will work with a team
of DBAs and Application Architects maintaining and extending a global
11i (11.5.9) manufacturing and financials environment including the
following modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, PO, Inventory, OM, WMS, MWA, Depot
Repair. The analyst will perform a wide range of Oracle Applications
support activities including:
Trouble shooting of functional/technical production issues.
Provide Oracle Applications configuration & design expertise as needed.
Coordinate and/or perform testing of Oracle Applications patches,
upgrades and modifications.
Initiate and manage Oracle support TAR requests.
Analyze, design, and document 11i customizations and interfaces.
Create and register custom executables, applications, menus, and
responsibilities.
Potential development including: forms, reports, PL/SQL packages, UNIX
shell scripts, Discoverer reports, and Workflows.
Administering many aspects of the 11i technology stack including iAS,
Concurrent Managers, MWA, Discoverer, etc.
Develop and deploy performance tuning methods.
Perform level-3 problem analysis and resolution.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years IT experience.
Minimum 4 years technical experience with Oracle Applications 11i.
Minimum 2 years experience with Oracle manufacturing modules.
Experience developing and tuning complex SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with Forms and Reports development is a plus.
Experience developing Discoverer reports is a plus.
AIX experience a plus.
Proficient with data analysis and design.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse global team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
