Complete Description:

The individual will be responsible for third-level infrastructure
support for existing environments within the EW Delivery Team. This
team supports the infrastructure for products and services for
Knowledge Management and collaboration. The primary responsibilities
are to use engineering practices and procedures to develop and
maintain production the services involved in collaboration, intranet,
internet, and remote access.
This position will focus on two projects/technologies:
Share Point 2003 to Share Point 2007 upgrade
Citrix Presentation Server 4.0

The principal responsibilities include:
* Developing thorough knowledge of specific vendor software.
* Applying engineering methods to develop and support software
platforms.
* Work closely with other Infrastructure Solutions teams and on cross-
functional streams to develop successful solutions
* Working with software vendors and contractors.
* Using Continuous Improvement skills to reduce costs and improve
efficiency.
* Developing processes and procedures for operational and support
teams.
* Participating in Release and Change Management processes.
