Specific Skills Required:

· Minimum eight (8) years as a Business
Analyst gathering system requirements and creating project
documentation.

· Minimum six (6) years experience using MS
Excel, MS Project and Visio

· Minimum six (6) years experience
documenting work processes and workflow.

· Minimum six (6) years experience in
creating test methods

· Minimum two (2) years experience with
medical case management systems

· Medicaid financial eligibility requirements


· Minimum two (2) years experience with
medical billing

· Excellent communication and customer
service skills

The selected candidate will work with the ODH Project Team to
development the business requirements for delivery to the development
group.
