Helpdesk/Business Analyst
Job Description: This position is accountable for the daily Help desk
support of multiple financial, operations and employee self-service
applications. Position Reports to the Corporate Technology Manager of
Applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Accountable for all functional support aspects of a wide range of
business applications including Oracle financial systems, KRONOS time
keeping system, order entry and billing systems.
2.Responsible for user account creation and maintenance including
documentation of user system security access and associated approvals
to meet (SOX) auditing requirements.
3.Responsible for level1 and level 2 support for all business system
applications including system administration, system configurations,
troubleshooting application issues and errors.
4.Support a high volume of application support requests while
maintaining service Line Agreements (SLA's) governing application
support requirements across various business units.
5.Maintain and streamline applications support via the creation and
maintenance of applications user guides, application support procedures
and policies and creation of user notifications for recurring user
issues.
Qualifications:
BA/BS required with a concentration in Computer Science or Management
Information Systems.
Minimum of 1 -2 years experience working with business system
applications and providing technical assistance.
Desired experience, knowledge of Oracle financial systems including GL,
AP, AR, PO,
INV, HR, Oracle Self-Service and Oracle workflow, as well as some
degree of web development and support.
Must be able to work well both on a team as well as work independently.
Very strong problem solving and analytical skills and should be a
systemic thinker.
Understand customer service and service delivery.
Seeks to expand knowledge and experience and is committed to continuous
learning.
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and problem
solving skills.
