Technical Support Analyst Business Objects Baseline Support on both NT
and AIX platform

Complete Job Description:
Support Enterprise Business Objects infrastructure engineering. Manage
and administer (reviewing, assigning, and monitoring to resolution)
all trouble tickets for the Business Objects team. This position
serves as the first point of contact for Tier 3 escalation helpdesk
tickets - Business users as well as IT Business Objects Developers.
Must be knowledgeable of Desktop technology as well as NT server and
AIX server. The candidate should be able to work independently in
troubleshooting implementation, installation, security and performance
issues. Candidate must be experienced in server support and have
interest and ability in learning Business Objects software.

Primary Duties: (Include the numbers of years of experience and last

1) NT Server; On-call Support/ Stability Report/ Monitoring
2) AIX - On-call Support/ Stability Report/ Monitoring
3) Install new releases and service pack fix releases
4) Help Desk(ticket Resolution, Provide Quarterly Help Desk Analyst
Training, and Update Help Desk Documentation
5) Update, Maintain, and Publish Knowledge Base
6) WebSite; Content Management
7) New Business Objects Product Installation/Evaluation as well as
manage Pilot/Rollout

Behavior Characteristics:
Great customer service and communications skills. Attention to details
and the drive to resolve root problems of issues. Ability to go from
discussion of technical server issues to explaining high level process
with management.
