Job Description


We are currently looking for Oracle Application Program Manager/ Sr.
Project Manager Position. His profile will include:

* Account Management
* Delivery management
* End -to- End global Implementation for Middle East based
customer/client
* Handling Client/ user at multiple Geographical location
* Team management
* Handle Technical/Functional challenges during implementation



Proven experience in any of the Oracle Apps Functional modules and
cycles is mandatory.

The positions are based out at our Implementation site in Middle East



Job Responsibilities



Provide oversight with regards overall implementation plan and ERP
solution
Overall Manage Oracle ERP E-Business Suite Implementation
Good Functional understanding of Oracle ERP E-Business Suite,
Business processes of Manufacturing Industries
Make Smooth ERP Implementations from transition period, Go live &
Explain implementation methodologies
Manage post ERP implementation Issues & Support
Coordinate with Company Managers , departments Heads , users in smooth
ERP implementation
Actively participate in all aspects of the Oracle E-Business Suite
Implementations tasks ,engagement including but not limited to:
Integration, configuration, and testing of All Modules etc
Desired profile



Bootstrap is urgently looking for Program Manager/ Sr. Project Manager
with 10 to 12 Years of total experience. He should have 4+ years of
prior experience on Oracle Apps and End -to- End global Implementation
for Middle East based customer/client. He should be:

* Should be an MS / MBA / MCA graduate

* Experience in ERP Project Management in reputed Manufacturing
industries

* Excellent in Client/ user handling at multiple Geographical location
* Able to handle Technical / Functional challenges during the
implementation
* Good in managing the Team of 75+ people.
* Having minimum 3 years of experience in Project / Program Management
* Ready to Travel on a short Notice to Middle East
* PMP Certified is desirable
