FmPro Migrator Enterprise Edition migrates FileMaker Pro database structure
and data to MySQL, Oracle, Access, SQL Server, Sybase and DB2. FmPro
Migrator Enterprise Edition also adds Perl CGI scripting capability for
FileMaker databases which have been migrated to MySQL or Oracle.

Perl CGI scripts are generated for each FileMaker layout within the database
and can include customized data entry and data validation for each layout
field. The Perl CGI scripts generated by FmPro Migrator automatically
provide support for insert/update/view/delete of GIF/JPEG images via a
web-based interface. The Perl CGI scripts generated by FmPro Migrator are
designed to follow industry standard best practices regarding web form
processing. Critical web form processing parameters are hard-coded within
each script instead of being accepted via POST or GET operations - thus
preventing web form hijacking. Web attackers cannot view sensitive data by
guessing at and passing in their own database column names for processing.

FileMaker Pro database fields containing more than 4000 characters of text
are migrated to Oracle CLOB columns (supporting 4 billion characters). JPEG
Image data within FileMaker Pro container fields is migrated directly to
BLOB columns through a network connection to the destination database. No
manual data entry is required for processing either of these specialized
data types.

Migration scripts and documentation files are generated for all open
FileMaker Pro database files. This feature can be utilized to quickly
produce documentation of database structure for large numbers of existing
FileMaker Pro solutions.
