Lead Data Services ETL, Architect
Location: Woodcliff Lake,
NJ
Duration: ASAP, 3+ months possible extension
Rate: $85-95 /hr All inclusive On-site M-F

Responsibilities:
· Assist in the design of data models, operations databases,
warehousing architecture and data/system solution architecture. This
position will be responsible for the design and development of
enterprise data models.
· Develops and recommends best practice data architecture,
maintenance, and process to create an enterprise data repository
assuring the integrity, quality and timeliness of data stores. Under
direction of the management, aligns data architecture and design with
business needs and strategies.
· Facilitates modeling sessions, designs database solutions,
advises and contributes to development and system design teams.
Participates in project planning to ensure effective use of technology
and/or business process to meet customers' needs

Education/Experience:
· Requires a degree in Computer Science or related technology
field. Work experience may be substituted where appropriate.
· Requires a thorough knowledge of data modeling, process
modeling, data warehouse, and data management principles and
processes.
· Solid understanding of Master Data Management principles and
the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Strong technical knowledge of data modeling tools, metadata
tools, and database design, ETL processes, BI analytics and
development strategies, SQL programming, relational databases and ER/
dimensional modeling techniques.
· Requires strong SQL, analytical, and computational
skills.
· At least 12+ years experience with data modeling tools and
software. Must be able to work as a member of a problem solving
Leading team members. Requires demonstrated experience in developing
conceptual, logical, physical and dimensional models; data
architecture and data warehousing.
