Requirements

· Oracle Reports Developer and/or Oracle Reports Builder
· Experience converting Oracle Reports to run in Oracle Reports
Builder is a major asset

Overview
This position works closely with the manager of program scheduling
analysis in support of the daily operations which include
troubleshooting applications and reports, creating reports and
providing data analysis for various departments, and maintaining the
reporting universes.

Prepare and execute UAT plans, coordinate and conduct application
testing and user training, assist in the preparation and review of
project requests and business requirements. Maintain the program
planning repository (Xpedio) for all planning, and scheduling documents
and insure all plans and supporting documents meet company guidelines.

Participate in the development and acquisition of reporting tools and
alternative deliver methods, and order and test hardware/software
needed by the program planning staff for office and home use.

**NOTE**
This is a newly created position with a client company in NY City for
whom we've placed several professionals over the years, so we can
speak in some depth about the culture, the company, the benefits, and
management.

The client is looking for a business-savvy person with proven abilities
in partnering with business units to identify processes that can be
leveraged with technology. Someone with a strong background in Business
Objects on the finance side would probably qualify.


The hiring process
The hiring process consists of two separate on-site interviews followed
by a written test (technical skills assessment).
