Default Sharing a node within Hyperion Essbase - 10-27-2005 , 04:51 PM

Hello everybody,

I'm experiencing problems with node sharing in Essbase 6.5.4. I've
created Shared Members mapping to nodes, whose leaves are Shared Members
themselves.

It works quite well (I can drill down and get the accounts and figures
than on the original branch), except the most important : the totals
don't sum up on the uppermost node (the #MISSING data below) :

TOTO + #MISSING
Quote:
---> NODE4 + (Shared Member) 200 €
---> NODE7 + (Shared Member) 100 €
---> NODE9 + (Shared Member) 300 €
When I save my outline, I'm warned that "forward references may cause
erroneous calculation", but as long as all the dimension is Dynamic
Calc, I assumed that this should be no problem...

Has anyone met something like that, or faced the problem of having to
share nodes ?

Any ideas are welcome !

Thanks in advance,

Antoun
