Are there any publicly available database schemas plus data for testing OLAP
tools?

I'm looking to create a simple database schema in MySQL to test out some of
the open source OLAP products.

Last I looked, Mondrian had a Sourceforge-downloadable version of the
"standard" Food Mart database.

Check out the databaseanswers website. They have a huge number of example
data models. Also, google gov sites as they have many data models in pdf on
the internet
