has anybody heard about any beta release of Oracle's Enterprise
Planning & Budgeting? (the one that is supposed to take OFA's place)

have you already beta-tested or at least seen this software?

I've seen it, it looks great as a base product, but there will still
be a lot to learn before existing customers migrate IMHO. Any vanilla
install (do these even exist?) will migrate fairly easily
