Navigator is a Corporate Performance Management consulting company.

We improve our clients' corporate performance by enabling them to
plan, measure and adjust to the activities of their businesses. In

wanting more, wanting it better, wanting it faster. Responding to this
pressure is a shared responsibility of the business and IT functions.

On the business side, we help clients:

Within the IT function, we work with clients to:
· Leverage past investments in ERP and legacy transactional systems
· Integrate architecture and platforms
· Get the right information to the right people
· Organize multiple data sources
· Provide security for sensitive data, and
· Deploy applications over the Web

Corporate performance management problems are complex. Solving them
requires a great deal of teamwork. At Navigator, we work in a
collaborative fashion with both the business users and the IT
community. We provide strategy, best practices, and architecture and
implementation services to optimize corporate performance
We have practices that include Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence,
Enterprise Content Management and Performance Management (Balanced
Scorecard).

We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Essbase Developer

Desired skills include BS Degree in CS or technical background, strong
web programming skills and a background in other languages.

Qualifications

· Deep experience (3+ years) developing in Hyperion Essbase.
· Good understanding of other Hyperion products (Analyzer, Planning,
HFM, etc...)
· Ability to develop business solutions based on requirements from
clients.
· Open to working in software integration, Business Intelligence,
reporting, and other technologies outside of core competencies
· BS/BA Degree
· Ability to travel up to 50%
