loading 2 files into oracle using sql loader - 07-16-2006 , 03:49 PM

Hello

i am working on a korn shell script which calls the sql loader. the sql
loader had to load the 2 files along with the records ( or data) in
the 2 files. the number of records in the files might be around 5000.
can anyone plz help me in the this script.
