My Remarks about the position
Quote:
From my discussion with the manager, and from past placements
experience with this client, my take is this position will be a 50/50
|
mix of designing and coding, interacting with business users, working
with them to understand what they need, generating the requirements,
and then building, optimizing, rolling out and supporting the
applications. Some of the applications will probably be major with a
long gestation period while others will be very simplistic with a
turnaround of a few days.
I can also tell you the person hired will be expected to exercise a
certain level of independent thought, and must be able to work with
minimum supervision as well as integrate into a team setting. Regards
the salary range, they are flexible so as not to pass up someone who is
a really good fit.
Feel free to occasionally check in and browse the job openings we have
posted which were updated earlier today. If you offer a referral for
any open position that we place anywhere at anytime, I'll pay you a
$1,000 fee when I receive payment from the client.
Thank you for your time.
