We are looking for a consultant to join our Team. The right individual
will work as a consulting team member or an individual technical
consultant at client based projects. The consultant must be open to
travel due to a US wide client base.

We are interested in candidates with the following skills and
background:

-Strong experience with Hyperion Planning or planning experience -At
least 4-5 years experience designing, developing and implementing
technical solutions utilizing BI tools. -Must have a strong Financial
Services background. Experience with Budgeting, planning, forecasting,
consolidation, auditing.
-Industry experience in Banking and/or Insurance.
-Experience with Financial Management Reporting, Financial Analytics,
Planning & Forecasting, Business Process Improvement, and Project
Management. -Skilled with OLAP architecture and reporting tools.
Expertise in multidimensional database design and implementation with
Hyperion Essbase preferred.

-Other desired skills include Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Analyzer,
HFM, and ETL tools.

*Must be technically capable of designing, developing and implementing
complex technical solutions. *Good understanding of business and
processes. *Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest
improvements, and collaborate with others to generate ideas and
improve processes.
*Develops procedures and workflows in order to meet client needs.
*Track record of maintaining quality standards for the team and
implementing quality processes.
*Coordinates communications, meetings, and activities among multiple
groups or organizations.
*Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
