I'm running Essbase OLAP 6.5.3 and EIS 6.5.4, are them compatibles?
Because, when trying to do the first data load from EIS Console it
failed and send this lines to the log:

Its just a warning message - if you are not getting any problems with your
builds or loads, then don't worry about it. The last message in your log
indicates that your Essbase server is not licensed for EIS - you can verify
this by looking in the Server / Information dialog box in Application
Manager.

EIS functionality requires a license key - if you purchase EIS you should
recieve this new key either by email or as part of the packaging for the CD.
