Oracle Discoverer Developer
· 2 - 4 years "hands on" experience with Oracle Discover. Report
development and Discoverer Administration (Must Have)
· Experience with Discoverer configuration, EUL (End User Layer),
administration, and security implementation.
· Experience with Discoverer version 9.0.2 - Release 2 a plus, but not
mandatory
· Some experience with Discoverer end user support and training a
plus.

Oracle Skills
· Strong SQL, SQL Tuning skills, and experience creating database
views
· Technical knowledge of Oracle Applications (HRMS, Financials, CRM)
and their underlying database structures required.
· Experience with Oracle 9i database (performance tuning, index
creation, and materialized views, load scripts)

Data Warehouse Experience (nice to have)
· Some experience working in a data warehousing / business
intelligence environment in the design, development, and deployment of
large scale reporting databases.
· Some experience developing ETL processes and working with ETL tools
(Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB), Informatica, Ascential etc.
· Knowledge of dimensional data modeling (start-schema, ROLAP)
· Some knowledge or experience with other DW/BI web reporting tools
(Business Objects, Cognos, Crystal Reports Etc.)

Other
· Experience working with users and interpreting user report
specifications to design, develop, test, and deploy reporting systems.
· Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
· Appropriate communication skills
