Default Free XMLA DHTML browser - 08-16-2003 , 05:01 AM

Please take a look at a free XMLA DHTML browser

http://www.xmlabrowser.com/

It requires no client side software other the Internet Explorer 5 or higher.
This browser takes advantage of the XML for Analysis SDK.

The browser allows you build dynamic olap reports and save them. It also
lets you browse Data Mining Models.

Try to run the XMLA sample application located under:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft XML For Analysis SDK\Samples\sample

If it runs ok try to modify XMLA.wsdl

Thanks for this

But cant get this to work (Im not a good programmer )

keep getting DataSourceInfo property incorrect errors (3 of them each time
i
refresh the page) but i think the datasources.xml is correct becuase the
code that came with the SDK works fine with it

the XMLA.wsdl is correct cos when i change it i get server name errors

the database is set up correctly cos i can save a folder

Thanks

Reg
