I've installed Essbase application manager(Client), Hperion
Planning(Client), Hyperion Reports(Client) on WinXP Professional under
my login. It works fine. But these applications could not run under
other's log-in. The error is "Could not find the message database."
I've double checked the paths. Everything is perfect.

Could anyone adivse me where is the problem and what are the remedies
to overcome this problem?
