Can anyone recommend any books on data quality not necessarily specific
to data warehousing?

DATA QUALITY: THE FIELD GUIDE by Thomas Redman
DATA QUALITY by Wang, Ziad and Lee
DATA QUALITY: THE ACCURACY DIMENSION by Jack Olson

I would also look at the Morgan-Kaufmann list for new titles once in
awhile.
