Does anyone have any experience they would like to share regarding
porting a C++ application written against Versant to a Sybase ASE back
end? Are there any tools out there that would help?

Would a hacked reimplementation of the PObject class be the best
approach - or is it better just to bite the bullet and reimplement the
database side of things from scratch?
