Hi,

Currently I'm running Slack 12 and MySQL 5.0.37. I want to both upgrade
to MySQL 5.1 and migrate to CentOS 6. My plan is to first upgrade to 5.1
and then migrate. However, the only package of MySQL 5.1 I can find is at
MySQL.com which is in rpm. I know I can convert that using rpm2tgz, but
I'm rather hesitant to do that.
Can anyone recommend a way to get my plan working?
