Well, in a real world, things can get really complicated. Orders may be partially cancelled, extended, transferred or replaced; bills may be split among several addressees, etcera. And all that doesn't even involve (non-)payment. |

So, if SpreadTooThin was just painting a hypothetical situation (which I can't even read anymore, since the original post has already been removed from my local view), then he is free to limit the circumstances to whatever he feels appropriate. The relevance of the hypothetical situation may disappear, though. |
