programs for SQL

Hallo, I'm beginer and I have question, witch program is the best for only
SQL ? I work with mySQL dB and I have MySQL Query Browser, but it isn't
probably the best one ?

I use MySQL Query Browser & MySQL Administrator. Which application is
best for you depends on what you need to do with it.

You may also want to look at Navicat (http://www.navicat.com/) or Toad
for MySQL (http://www.quest.com/toad_for_mysql/). I haven't used them
much, but they seem popular.
