Oracle costs money and you can get paid for support more easily.

Its got a better engine for big apps too, probably.

What kind of differences would you like to hear?

i.e. MySQL is 5 letter, Oracle has 6

The question is a bit like:
"What is the difference between a 'Citroen 2CV' and a 'Renault Clio' ?"

Things that Oracle has, that MySQL does not have:

deferrable constraints
check constraints
recursive queries
(pipelined) table functions
common table expressions
analytical (aka windowing) functions
autonomous transactions
function based indexes
Materialized views (and query rewriting)
flashback queries
